Cancellations
Cancellation/non-utilization of services by the customer
According to § 312g Abs. 2 No. 9 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts in connection with leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision of the service. This also includes tickets for events at Vegas Escape, as these take place on a fixed date.
The guest may withdraw from the contract at any time after its conclusion. Decisive is the verifiable receipt of the declaration of withdrawal by the provider.
Individual bookings or group bookings with less than 14 people
If the customer withdraws from the contract or fails to keep an agreed appointment, the provider shall be entitled to compensation for expenses, which shall be claimed as a lump sum as follows:
– from the 14th – 8th day before the agreed date 35 %
– from the 7th – 3rd day before the agreed date 50 %
– thereafter 100 %
of the agreed price.
Cancellations received up to 15 days before the agreed date will not incur any costs. Alternatively, an alternative date can be arranged if you cancel up to seven days before the event.
Group bookings with 14 or more people
If the customer withdraws from the contract or fails to keep an agreed appointment, the provider shall be entitled to compensation for expenses, which shall be claimed as a lump sum as follows:
– up to 30 days before the agreed date 35 %
– from the 30th – 14th day before the agreed date 50 %
– thereafter 100 %
of the agreed price.
Cancellations received up to 45 days before the agreed date will not incur any costs.
Late arrival of the customer
If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, there is generally no entitlement to services. If payment is nevertheless made, the agreed price shall remain due without deduction. The customer’s request to make up the missing time will be complied with as far as possible and in consultation between the customer and the provider. If the services are terminated prematurely at the customer’s request, the agreed price shall be due without deduction.
